@nessisonett It’s such a shame that everyone compares it to the Arkham games. On the surface it’s an understandable comparison, but I think the mechanics differ enough that the games are quite different.

@RogerRoger @Bentleyma Fingers crossed for anything in the future anyway!

Also, my mum finally beat Uncharted 3 and mostly hated it for the same reasons that I had issues with. Combat sections with very variable difficulty and the entire cargo ship section feeling tacked on. At least she’s enjoying Uncharted 4!

MW3 campaign. It's your garden variety CoD campaign with some mini DMZ sections thrown in. It's very short, it's very predictable. I personally really enjoyed it but it's not going to win anyone over who wasn't already invested in the series.

@Bentleyma it shouldve been an arkham reskin, thats what everyone wanted, but instead it plays like a worse spiderman. i wanna give it another chance but i cant tolerate it in 30fps (& navigating all those menus is a pain), so until it goes on sale for dirt cheap on PC , or gets a 60fps patch on ps5 , its a no go.

@nessisonett Yeah I feel like Uncharted 4 is definitely a step up from Uncharted 3. In fact I feel like Uncharted 4 is the game I always wanted and kind of expected Uncharted to be. Not sure if it is thanks to Neil Druckmanns involvement or something else.

Just finished Cocoon on Series X and got all the achievements. Very easy 1000 G in my opinion.

Cocoon is simply brilliant. Just when you think you've seen it all, it throws another curveball at you. This game seriously has some inception-level of puzzles, it's so cool. Although it got so intense that my head started to hurt towards the end lol.

I'll proudly say that Cocoon is a GOTY contender for me. I enjoyed it way more than some AAA titles from this year. It's up there as one of the best indie titles I've played, along with Tunic and Hollow Knight. You absolutely have to play it!

Finally finished Phantom Liberty and somehow managed to trigger the new ending. I planned to play through the whole game again but it just kind of ended…have to say though, it was a perfect ending. Devastating, tragic and melancholy but incredibly evocative. It doesn’t feel right to load up and earlier save and continue on. I like the place it’s left me, chewing on so many things. Anyway, a truly brilliant piece of DLC. Can’t recommend it enough for fans of Cyberpunk 2077.
